Fuego opened in Adair in late 2023 and quickly built a menu that goes far beyond the basics: street tacos and birria, big fajita skillets, steak and chicken specialties, seafood, salads, burgers, vegetarian dishes, kids meals and a full margarita and cocktail lineup.
For locals, it is a place to sit down for lunch or dinner. For travelers, it is just minutes from I‑80 Exit 76, with pickup ordering available when the road is calling.
